You will need to tow with a vehicle properly matched to the weight of whatever piece of equipment you are transporting. Also, while towing, 60% of the weight of the equipment needs to be in front of the axle on the trailer. You also need to have a receiver style hitch on your vehicle with the proper sized ball. All of our equipment uses either a 2″ or 2 5/16″ ball.
In most cases, the amount that will be charged for late returns will be pro-rated based on the amount of time that the equipment is overdue.
Business accounts may be established upon credit approval. You can contact our office and we will forward a credit application for you to complete, or print and complete the Credit Application under the resources tab on our website. Once we receive your completed credit application, please allow up to 10 days for credit application to be processed.
For first time customers, we prefer for the payment to be with a credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, but you may pay by cash, company check or debit card as well.
Yes, we require a security deposit in order to rent any of our items. The amount for each deposit varies depending on which piece of equipment is being rented. Deposits are refunded when the machine is returned in the same condition as when they were initially rented.
